Ohje, was ist denn das für ein Durcheinander in Deiner xorg.conf?

Verwunderlich, dass das überhaupt funktioniert.

Wenn Du tatsächlich den fglrx Treiber nutzt, solltest Du mal folgendes versuchen:

cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf ~/xorg.conf_backup (<- sicher ist sicher)
su
(Passwort)
init 3
sax -a (<-erstellt eine jungfräuliche xorg.conf)
aticonfig --initial
init 5

Hast Du danach immer noch ne falsche Auflösung kannst Du Dir mit
