Hallo, ich bin's wieder ...

Also, den oben genannten Drucker hat Linux ohne Probleme als den richtigen und angeschlossenen erkannt ... nur er druckt nicht. Wenn ich beispielsweise eine Testseite drucken will kommt die Fehlermeldung: "Während der Kommunikation mit dem CUPS-Server beim Speichern der Warteschlange y2test ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.
cups (File) DoRequest Error: client-error-bad-request"

Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich?

Entweder cups mal als root restarten:

su
password:
rccups restart

Oder einfach die Konfiguration (also den Drucker) in YaST löschen.
YaST schließen - YaST wieder öffnen und neu konfigurieren.

Der Zwischenschritt mit dem Schließen von YaST ist daher wichtig, damit erst einmal eine leere Konfiguration geschreiben wird!

Okay, hat geklappt ... die Fehlermeldung kommt nicht mehr. Aber drucken tut er auch nicht
